cnysr - CPU and I/O inexpensive rsync

Cnysr is a re-implementation of rsync reversing the roles of client and server. This allows for pre-computed checksum files and the use of HTTP as the transfer protocol. It effectively allows download from any HTTP server as efficient as rsync without the high load rsync imposes on the server.
